# ClearMyInbox help

> Guides for connecting your mailbox, running a scan, unsubscribing, blocking senders, and managing your account.

ClearMyInbox connects to your mailbox, finds the senders you can unsubscribe from, sends the unsubscribe requests for you, and then checks whether each sender really stopped.
